I had checked in online before my appointment. When I got to the appointment I went thru the same process and I had put a card in to pay the copay and the receptionist said she wasn't seeing anything on file. The website said it was set up and ready.

Some how need more parking close to the entry as office is in the back. Long walk.

At the appointment, we talked about my health situation, and Dr. King felt, and I agreed, that I have some tests done to make sure that my heart is operating correctly, and if I have any issues, that it can be taken care of.

Nicest office I have ever been to. The Doctor and staff get an A+++++

I declined the EKG because of money issues. I have to pay for my office EKG's out of pocket. Dr. King was very understanding and agreed with my position. I think the nurse was not in agreement with my refusing to take it. It is just another expense I do not need right now.

Kindness goes a long way. It instills trust. I walked away feeling in good hands.

Because this is an open lobby, with other medical offices, it is hard to hear the front desk person as it is very noisy in the lobby. When you're checking out, getting instructions, you need to be able to hear and understand.

Dr. King is the best doctor and so kind. I always appreciate knowing that he'll be kind when I come to my appointment. Especially as someone who is chronically ill, it makes such a difference when you have a doctor who cares.

Dr. King did a good job reviewing my history and listening to my comments. The 'NO' I provided relates to the individual who did the test I had at Upper Valley Medical Center not Dr. King. I have already commented on this individual's lack of ability to do her job and how uncomfortable she made my visit. I received a follow up call asking for more details on this testing and appreciated the opportunity to explain the lack of professionalism this person showed. Again...Dr. King is an excellent physician and he was able to answer the concerns I had quickly and thoroughly,

In addition to everything cardiology related, it's amazing how much Dr. King knows about pharmacology! He is a wonderful resource.
