I was taken in early for the appointment and received a thorough explanation and discussion about my recent cardio tests. Many of my concerns have been laid to rest and future medical planning has been set. Carissa was most effective in substituting for my cardiologist who had moved on to another position. I very much appreciate what was accomplished in my appointment.

Carissa Haines is very thorough in explaining my health challenges in a way that is easy to understand. She is expedient in setting up further testing as needed. She took the time to answer all of my questions and I did not feel rushed.

Everything was good except the young man that I talked to with scheduling. He was rude and not interested in doing his job, I told him he need Ed an attitude adjustment! Would never schedule an appointment with him again, I would hang up and hope I get someone different.

I was very worried about my heart . Carissa made me more calm about my lung hypertension. My heart is strong but the pulmonary part of my heart is stressed because of my lungs and lupus attacking my lungs.

Two thumbs up for Carissa Sue Haines. She was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what needs to be done and why.

Dr. Carissa has a depth of medical and wellness knowledge and experience and I greatly appreciate her patience in review of my particular health situation and generosity of time in providing me full insights to aspects I should be aware of and pay attention to. She is amazing in answering questions and concerns in understandable detail.

The reason why my provider didn't order blood tests is because my PCM at the Wright Patterson AFB Medical Center has already ordered blood tests. All my numbers were going down, so no changes in my prescriptions were needed. Carissa suggested that I try the Mediterranean Diet to expedite numbers to fall faster.
