From the time I walked into Monroe Medical Ctr. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, courtesy. I like the professional atmosphere it was very warm and my provider. Carrie is a great asset to Monroe Medical Ctr. Carries nursing assistant was very warm reassuring and paid close attention to details my provider. Carrie always treat me with dignity and respect. She answered my questions and she make me feel very welcome and valued the questions that I may have are answered in a professional way, but in a way that I certainly can understand it as a late person Carrie Pohlman is the best

Everyone at the facility is friendly and easy to work with. I just love my primary care, Carrie Pohlman. Have changed physicians whenever she moved so I could stay with her. Recently moved back to this area but I was driving 2 hrs one way for three years to stay at Monroe .

Carrie is very knowledgeable and caring. Actually I've yet to meet anyone on the staff there that is lacking in compassion or efficiency.

My experience is also great Carrie is a wonderful wonderful nurse practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and she listens to all of my concerns.

Nurse Practitioner Carrie is awesome. I followed her here and to the place she was prior. Having a primary you can trust and talk to is paramount. She is great. When asked if I would refer, I have and both my adult sons see her as well.

As always Carrie is the best you can have for your problems. She's very caring and knowledgeable. Has done so much for me I would always be her patient.

I was very glad to get in for an appointment the same day I called, so that treatment could be started for my itchy rashes and suspected bug bite as soon as possible. I had been concerned to find out if the two things were related. I felt Carrie took my concerns seriously and provided thoughtful treatment.

Stop acting as if Medicare wellness exams are mandatory. Medicare does not require them. I see my provider four times a year, and we are very communicative about my health. I understand the concern about some patients who only have that appointment in a year's span.

Carrie Pohlman did a great job with the exam and follow up.

Came in for a suspected uti was told little bacteria shouldn't be too worried,but it hurt to use bathroom...was given medicine for weekend till urine results came back ...turned out was uti and had to get more medicine cause I only had the 3 days worth and was it still hurting...so had to pick up another 3 day supply after missing 2 potential doses and now down to one more dose and not sure but hoping it clears up.

My experience at Monroe Medical is always great. Everyone is super friendly and provides for my health needs as if it were themselves.

I travel two hours to see Carrie Pohlman. Have been her patient for years and will continue to for as long as possible.
