One thing I would find helpful would be for this provider to answer the phone when the pharmacist has a question about a prescription or requests a refill prescription on my behalf. More important would be to answer the phone when there is a question regarding a prescription.

Takes time and is extremely knowledgeable

I pay cash, as i do not have insurance and I feel my final bill was a little excessive for just and office visit without any blood work or any other test being preformed

I was told I had to make this appt on this date in order to get the PT/OT approved in Medicare. They know I'm alone and not driving yet after my heart procedure. I only have someone to drive me on M/W/F. They called the morning of the appt and said it the NP was working from home and we would have to do a videoconference. I already had my ride lined up and worse, they assumed I had videoconferencing available. Luckily, the people who were to drive me, allowed me to use their phones to accomplish the visit, which only consisted of a lot of questions that could have been asked over a regular phone line!

Carrie has done a wonderful job with my medical care. She gives me time to talk to her and she always listens to any concerns I might have. I thank her for always being there for me if need be. ??

One of the things I appreciate about my providers is to provide positive feedback if there is something I am doing that is working. Even a simple thing like saying your heart sounds good is affirmation of something positive as opposed to looking for something that may be wrong

Carrie always is very helpful & never makes me feel she is in a rush - always very personable & takes her time & explains everything very thoroughly. This appt was opened in less than 24 hrs because i was in pain - she has been my primary for several years & i m very happy with her - she goes beyond.

Filled out all the questionnaires online and then when I get there, want me to sign in on a computer that did not work why can't they just checked me in Themselves?
