Cassandra L. Williamson, PA

Cassandra Williamson, PA‑C, is a board‑certified physician assistant with more than 21 years of experience in hepatology. She has been caring for patients since 2004 and brings deep expertise, continuity, and compassion to the management of chronic liver disease. Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Professions, Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH, where she graduated magna cum laude in April 2004. She was recognized as a member of Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges for the graduating class of 2004.

Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and management of liver diseases, including hepatitis C, metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis (MASH), and cirrhosis. She is experienced in imaging interpretation, including FibroScan® assessment, and focuses on evidence‑based approaches to diagnosis and treatment.

Cassandra’s philosophy of care is rooted in respect, compassion, and patient‑centered, evidence‑based medicine.
