Cassandra Steimle, DO

Cassandra Steimle, DO is a board‑certified gastroenterologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. She provides comprehensive care for a broad range of digestive conditions, with particular experience in managing acid reflux, eosinophilic esophagitis, peptic ulcer disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis.

Dr. Steimle earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. She completed her internal medicine residency at Kettering Health Network in Kettering, OH, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. She is board certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.

Dr. Steimle performs a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including upper endoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, and capsule endoscopy.
