The provider was not very professional in my opinion. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND I DON'T WANT HER TO BE MY PROVIDER. She will not be doing any surgery on my hands. NO THANK YOU.

My injury was a week old and the Dr was able to fit me into her schedule to be seen and then surgery the next day. Every thing went so smoothly and I was impressed with all of the staff I came in contact with. So glad to be on the mend now.

Outstanding physician.

I was really anxious about the treatment options for my condition and was immediately reassured by the doctor that there was simple treatment that could be done during that day in the office. Also the entire staff were very kind and pleasant from reception to checkout.

Nice, efficient team. Did an excellent job on my injections.

4 weeks wait to be seen. Dr ordered x-rays that had already been taken and sent by my primary care provider. Diagnosed a condition I already knew I had and offered a shot and brace. Time will tell, but I'll follow up with my PCM and ask for a second opinion before I return for a follow up.

I was looking for help with the problem I have. Not looking for surgery or drugs just a solution. I didn't get that so I don't know what the next step will be find a doctor. That'll take more time and maybe have different solutions than surgery.

Dr. Gulledge and her staff are very compassionate and caring. Her front office staff is very polite and calming. I love this office and will continue care there in the future.

Waiting for appointment for surgery

I've been seeing Dr Gulledge for a while now and I have no regrets. She's been wonderful, explains things well, she really knows her stuff. She is very gentle when looking you over. Just a very pleasant doctor.

Familiar with Doc Gulledge, she did carpul tunnel surgery on my left hand couple years ago. She is very polite courteous and professional. Not had any issues with my left hand so if surgery on my right hand goes as well as my left ( and I have no reason to believe it won't) then I'll be one happy patient.

The appointment process was a little rocky, but not due to your facility. The issue was mostly with my referring doctor getting the referral over. As far as the consultation with the physician and nurse prior to the physician coming in, I can honestly say I can't remember a time when i've felt like a priority and listen to until this office visit. I wish I could find a regular care physician that was this good.

Physical therapy was also provided and they were also excellent.

I requested an appointment at MVHN in which I had about a 5 week wait but I understood that when I was informed she only spends one Wednesday morning a month at that location. She was very clear on my choices of treatment. I didn't feel pressured to choose any certain one. Very pleased with staff and physician.

She listened before talking or addressing my concerns. She explained everything in language I could understand.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gulledge for the last few years. She is an excellent physician who listens and answers all my questions. She is a skilled surgeon performing several hand surgeries for my tigger finger issues. I highly recommend her, and the entire office and care staff. They are all excellent.

Short and sweet.. an issue that I've had in the past and had a very good understanding of what was going to happen. The Dr. reinforced, promoted the diagnosis and resolution that I expected.

The office location was complicated to find the correct building. The nurse attandant could have been more friendly. The doctor is very knowledgable, however, I felt like she was rushed for time. Overall it was not a real negative experience.

Your Dr is rude, disrespectful and lier. I was treated like a criminal yesterday in that office. She's upset because what I said about how I was being pushed off to other Dr. Who have stated allready it was on her there's nothing else they can do. She acts like I've wrong for being upset because she wouldn't treat me. You will be hearing from my legal team. I've had enough of theses Dr and there disrespect.

Everyone in the office is always very kind, they explain things to where you can understand them. There's no rush, or unnecessary waiting. Thank you to all the staff for such good customer service.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Gulledge. I was very pleased with her and the staff that assisted me.

The provider was knowledgeable but spoke very quickly- too quickly for me to take it all in. I didn't get any info in writing so m I felt the need to call back with questions the next day. I haven't heard back yet. I never saw the results of my x-ray. I wanted to see them.

As a new patient, it took a bit longer to get a scheduled appointment, but that's understandable. Dr. Gulledge was organized, logical, and methodical. I love that! My issues were addressed, options discussed and explained, and I was able to participate in the process and not just dictated to, which happens with too many doctors. My experience with this provider and office were outstanding. Makes me wish this was my PCP instead of "just" my hand specialist!

I wasn't sure after my visit what our plan for dealing with my condition is and how that plan would fit in with other doctors I am seeing

I was very happy to learn that the dupuytren's in my left hand can be treated with the nonsurgical procedure.

I wish I could have left with a little more confidence as to what to expect in the future. It's a difficult situation.
