Cesar P. Panganiban Jr, FNP

Cesar Panganiban, CNP, RNFA is Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Dayton, Ohio with the Clinical Neuroscience Institute acting as the manager for the Advanced Practice Providers. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2008. Further enhancing his capabilities, he received his RN First Assist (RNFA) certification from Northern Kentucky University in 2020. Cesar is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Cesar has more than nine years experience caring for patients managing a wide range of complex neurological conditions. He provides initial and follow-up evaluations for:

• Intracranial hemorrhages (subdural, epidural, subarachnoid, intraparenchymal)
• Hydrocephalus and Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH)
• Chiari malformation
• Skull fractures
• Degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, and spondylolisthesis
• Vertebral compression fractures
• Carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve entrapment
• Peripheral nerve tumors
• Trigeminal neuralgia
