Chelsea Minoughan, MD

Chelsea Minoughan, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH, where she also completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery. She went on to complete a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at Carilion Clinic Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke, VA. Dr. Minoughan is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Minoughan specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hip and knee conditions, including osteoarthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, avascular necrosis, and chronic hip and knee pain. Her expertise includes total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery, muscle-sparing knee replacement techniques, and the anterior approach for total hip arthroplasty.

Committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life, Dr. Minoughan provides individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle. She has authored multiple research publications and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and the Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society.

Outside of her professional practice, Dr. Minoughan enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, reading, and watching movies.
