This practice is a calming experience everyone from the people at the sign in desk to the nurses and the staff everyone is so helpful and gladly give you any help you need always so kind and helpful the nurses are sweet and answer your questions

Although I had to wait about 30 minutes after my appt time to see Dr.Raghupathy, I did not feel that she rushed thru my visit.

Dr. R was and has been a good doctor for me. I appreciate her taking ti.e to discuss any concerns.

It would be nice if scheduling was a bit better. Why have an appointment time set up and then have to be there for over an hour just waiting. If a person is 15 minutes late, then their appointment can be canceled due to other being late

Dr raghupathi has been my doctor for many, many years. I have changed other doctors, but never her. She only has my best interest at heart and gives me all the time needed to take care of my needs. She is absolutely the best!

Dr. Raghupathy is extremely thorough and listens and explains well. In past appointments I have been dismayed by the amount of time I had to wait (3 appointments), but this time was much better, and I realize part of this is due to her thoroughness, which is a positive.

Great Dr!

She is very thorough in her assessment and review of my current and past medical problems. She also encourages preventative measures to maintain health.

Your software good be improved. With that said it is linking more providers but there is still too much asking for info you already have. That's irritating and a great way to introduce errors.

I always know how to get my test results; the staff know this. I don't need them to tell me. They know they don't need to tell me.

Appt was at 8 am. Dr came in room at 8:40 am.

I continue to be VERY impressed with the ladies out front and their care to patients. In this visit alone the lady that took my info was fast, efficient and especially caring. One of the other ladies upfront spent a good amount of time listening to an older gentleman "tell his life story" She was kind and caring and I am sure made his day. I appreciate seeing medical care emphasize caring. Doctor Rag and Shannon continue to be awesome.
