About Chloe J Callison
About The Provider
Chloe Callison, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Kettering, Ohio. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Premedical and Preprofessional Studies at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Chloe is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed through the State Medical Board of Ohio.
Chloe has a special clinical interest in spine surgery and neurosurgery. She treats conditions including spinal stenosis, radiculopathy, myelopathy, and intracranial hemorrhage. Her clinical care may involve surgical fixation and coordinated surgical management.
Patient education is central to Chloe’s approach to care. Her goal with every patient is to ensure they leave with a clear understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan—whether that involves referral to another provider, conservative management, or surgical intervention.
Chloe began her career practicing in general neurology. After moving back to the Dayton area, she transitioned into neurosurgery, where she enjoys applying neurological principles in a hands-on, surgical setting. She values building long-term relationships with patients and finds particular fulfillment in following them through their entire surgical journey and seeing them return to the activities they enjoy.
She is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the American Academy of Physician Associates.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, and cooking.

She spent a lot of time with us to explain the stage I'm at in the long healing process. She took extra time above and beyond what we could have hoped for!!!

Chloe is great. She's always busy but that's ok. She is very knowledgeable and shows patients what she is talking about with either models or posters or even their own images from imaging studies.
