Provider needs to look at client when talking and not at the computer. It's not that difficult.

What I appreciated the most about this provider was how quickly the doctor was getting my referrals made and sent out.

I am waiting for them to schedule my follow-up appointment. There was a problem with the website on my appointment day.

Excellent care always provided

Dr. Koch is probably the most professional Doctor that I have ever been treated by. He is caring and detailed with his instructions for your health. I have referred several people to him.

Dr Koch is really booked and very hard to get in to his office, but he does do tele medicine for simple things.

I have some hearing loss and Dr Koch speaks softly so, I may not have heard properly on the 1st explanations and questions we dialogued. But I was very pleased with his thoughts and suggestions and this was our 1st appt. He did order Compunet labs and referred me for colonoscopy screening. And he has agreed to take me on as a new patient! All good

Amazing

Dr. Koch is one of if not the best doctor I have ever had to take care of my health. Never in a rush, always professional and very informative. In addition, his office staff always does a great job, it is obvious to me he is very qualifed and enjoys what he is doing. I was a heath care professional for 45 years and can easily spot an outstanding physician and a terrible one.

I appreciate the medical care I am given.

The billing department at Premier sees its function as a collection agency and does little or nothing other than say "Pay now, or we will ruin your credit."

Receptionists, nurses, and doctor cook do a great job of taking care of my medical needs. Excellent office for premier health.

If you have to go to the doctor the people and atmosphere and my dr. I would recommend someone in hopes that will be a good place for them if not they will help you find what you need

Gave me some sort of heart test in office. Seemed to say it was fine. Get home and there is another heart test (or the same one). Get home, look at the sheet I got at checkout and there is a heart test. Unfortunately, the area where it was printed says both "done today and ordered". Goiing to leave a message on my chart site to see what is what.

Dr Koch is very concerned with his patients and their health There is nobody I feel is better at listening to what I say to him. so he can talk about my issues. He has a great team from when you enter his office room to exiting when you are complete.

I have been seeing Dr. Koch for quite awhile. I love him more as time goes on, it is great to have a doctor that my husband and I both go to. He makes me feel that I am his only patient.

Dr. Koch is a very thorough and caring doctor.

For context this was yearly Medicare Wellness visit and a lot of information was covered. I was late to appointment and all staff I encountered were accomodating and worked me through. Dr. Koch is excellent.

Dr. Koch is very personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. He listens and explains things well. He is also very efficient, and I appreciated that I had no wait time.

Simply the best!

The only thing I don't like is that this doctor's office is a little far from my house. It was close to my workplace, but I am now retired. It also doesn't have a blood lab at the building, the way my previous doctor did. That means I have to drive more, to another location, to get a blood test completed. This is definitely more inconvenient than my previous doctor's office.

Dr. Koch and his staff are kind and really listen. It is easy to send a message and to receive a response.

I was able to see Dr. Koch the same day I called even though he is not my primary physician. The scheduler was very helpful and was able to get me in the morning that I called. The employees are always very friendly and the office is always very clean.

I had no problem whatsoever, except you should accept cash payments.

I am a tough grader but this practice is 10's across the board. This includes the office staff, the heart of the office!

I paid at the conclusion of my visit. However, they weren't able to provide me with the necessary documentation for me to submit for my HRA account.

This was my first time using virtual healthcare and I would not do it again. I prefer to be seen in person so that we can assess as needed.

Poor communication in response to my blood test. Appeared insensitive and no forward direction. I miss my former primary care physician.

When I approached the receptionist, she was on the telephone for what I thought was an extended period of time. I thought she could've paused the phone call to take care of me my experience with customer service causes me to think that the person in front of you is first priority over phone call. Btw it was a business call not personal.

I got to see Dr. Koch the same day I needed an appointment. I have already recommended him to friends and family members. He is a great doctor.

First time at this office as a new patient only because it was the soonest available Premier appointment anywhere. Dr. Koch is nice and personable, but the women at the front desk are incompetent. And his nurse needs to tie her long braids back when administering tests to a patient.

Dr Koch is very caring and takes his time with me answering all my questions.

I contacted Dr Koch on the My Chart app. I was amazed how quickly his nurse responded by telephone. Having a video visit is a marvelous convenience.

I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Koch's for several years, I find him very kind and knowledgeable. He takes very good care of me.

Koch goes out of his way to explain your questions. He really cares about you, and it shows Staff is well trained and friendly.

Exceptional Physician and staff

I had a great experience with the one exception- that I had to wait about 30 min. in the exam room before I was seen. I have never had to wait this long at this office.

The nurse had problems speaking so I could understand. I had to ask her to repeat things so I could understand what she was saying. I guess mumbling her words would best describe it. The doctor did a wonderful job of explaining test results and what each result meant. Appreciated!
