The heart monitor stopped working. No green light. I called the company. I didn't appreciate them thinking I did something to it for it not to be working. I even wore it for an additional day so my supervisor could see the green light, there was none. When I took the monitor off I noticed it had given me a rash. Is there something else I can try? I DONT WANT TO BE BILLED FOR THIS DEVICE

Called a relative using a cardiologist and using her as my referral .
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/13/2026
Dr Anslinger was wonderful answered and explained in detail all of my concerns. I went in worried and anxious over my CT cardiac results. Dr Anslinger addressed all and I left feeling confident and relieved. She is brillant and so very kind. The front desk team members need some training in patient relations

Thank you, Dr. Anslinger for continued great care of my heart needs. I appreciate the way you take the time to listen to my concerns; and to help me understand my heart health needs. I especially appreciate your ordering tests so that I can see numbers, graphs and comparisons of what is happening with my heart both now and over time.

I was in the examining room for 30 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. We are expected to be there 15 minutes early but end up in the examining room for 30 minutes. I was ready to stick my head out to see if the forgot about me. No apologies given either. Thanks

I arrived 15 minutes early as asked, then sit in the treatment room for an hour with no one bothering to come and explain why the long wait. I believe someone should have told me as the doctor did, that computer problems were causing the delay.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/14/2026
Dr Christina was great. Conversely I haven't set as long waiting to get in as I did for this visit. They said there was a computer glitch and a number of things were being blamed on it. Must have edited for 15-20 mins.

Dr. Anslinger went above and beyond just ordering a prescription for me. She quickly helped me find another source, possibly at a better price. I'm still checking that out, but I really appreciated the extra help and advice with a VERY EXPENSIVE Rx.

Staff were nice, but it is evident that the office is short-staffed. Getting my appointment took a long time only to have it cancelled. Fortunately, something opened up for me, but that part was frustrating.

I went to this new provider due to my hypertension. The first issue I had was the medical assistant who took my blood pressure, took it so quickly that she said it was 127/72. My blood pressure hasn't been that low for six years. I asked the doctor to retake my blood pressure because it seemed like an inaccurate result which she did but she had a hard time taking my blood pressure. She said it was 168 over something. She never updated The computer with the correct result. I was looking forward to having a female doctor that I could discuss hypertension as it relates to menopause. That didn't even occur. She was more concerned about my slightly elevated LDL cholesterol and wanted to put me on yet another drug even after I had been telling her about how many adverse reactions I've had to medicines that I've tried in the past. Of all the other doctors I have seen, none of them have pushed statins or even suggested it. I really did not feel heard. I felt like everything was very rushed. When I told the doctor I was not interested in statins and I just wanted to work on my blood pressure and that I was also starting a new medicine, She agreed to stop pressuring me about that. She was very doctor focused and not patient focused. When I checked out to reschedule for my next appointment, they scheduled me at the Beavercreek location. I was seen at Miami Valley South. Miami Valley South is five minutes from my home. The front desk staff did not say they were scheduling me for Beavercreek or I would've said could you please schedule me at the Miami Valley South location. So there were three issues with my appointment with three different people. It was definitely not a good experience.

First time visit was great. I felt very welcomed and wanted a new experience after leaving the base
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/14/2025
I don't like it when the patient is to show up 15 minutes early and the doctor doesn't come in to see the patient until 45 minutes after appointment time. If we show up that late we are cancelled and charged $25, the office should give patients a $25 credit for being 45 minutes late or even 30 minutes. I almost walked out but she finally came in. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!!!!!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/13/2025
I always had a great experience during my visit with Dr Ainslinger. She's very patient listening to my issues concerning my health and would give her sound advice and opinion accordingly. Dr Anslinger is definitely one of my favorite doctors, not only because of her pleasant demeanor but also the way she treats her patients in a positive and caring manner. Her staff and nurse are very helpful and friendly, as well!
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/16/2025
the nurse/medical assistant who took me to room and took my vitals did not provide their name; they were unfriendly and abrupt. throughout this whole appointment, it felt like i was a number just being pushed through the system to make way for the next
