It overall went very well. I was in and out in an hour. I did the walk in clinic. My only concern was when the front desk called to let the MA know there was a walk in patient I could sense it was not appreciated. Extra unexpected work. I completely understand that, maybe just be a little less obvious about it. The front desk/X-ray technician and provider where amazing.

The entire group is amazing.

Would have been helpful if written instructions for care would have been printed on the After Visit Summary because I had to depend on my neighbor, who is a nurse, to show me how to clean around the ball on my thumb.

I find the quality of care very good in this office.
