Dr Pope is very skilled at listening to my elderly father and communicates with him on the appropriate level.

Everyone's professionalism, the minute I stepped up to the counter, called in to be seen, and Dr. Pope's very obvious concern about my reason for being there, his explanations are clear to me. I could go on an on. My experience was just as I expected it to be, as every visit has gone, by a team I put my well-being in, professional and friendly, it was a good visit.

Staff are courteous and pleasant. Dr Pope and his assistant are patient, taking time to be sure I don't have any other questions. I trust Dr Pope. He knows what he is doing. His diagnosis has always been correct.

Dr. Pope is excellent. He is candid but gentle. I sincerely appreciate how goes beyond a simple response and educates me. This approach helps me understand the why behind his recommendations and treatment plan.

Dr Pope actually listens to you when you tell him what is concerning you and offers you his expertise. He is very empathetic and caring. I am most happy with the care he provides me.

Great doctor and person

Dr Pope is a great doctor

MyChart does not necessarily coordinate with what the doctor or assistants say. I felt like I was just a "customer" to be ushered through a process as quickly as possible. I understand the need for profitability but a little more sincere, peaceful care would be appreciated. The doctor says all the right things but they seem memorized according to the Medicare exam script.

I thoroughly enjoy going to the clinic, because everyone is so kind and friendly. I feel comfortable there. Dr. Pope makes me feel like he sincerely cares about my health.

It was very positive

I did not feel Dr. Pope asked me enough questions to determine the cause of my ongoing diarhhea. In fact, he seemed to be puzzled. He did order a stool test but did not provide the container to use and give to the lab. As of today, I have not heard from his office, whether he contacted Compunet or whether he ordered a medication for IBS (which was my suggestion).

I was treated with respect and was completely satisfied with my care that was given and even helped for a referral to another doctor that I need for further help in another field.

As always, I received excellent service and a thorough check up from Dr Pope on my wellness appointment. He is one the best Doctors I've ever dealt with. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.
