My appointment with Chris Cordell went very well. He explained my fracture and the healing process. We discussed how I felt and my next steps.

All the staff treated me with courtesy and politeness and explain things the way I can understand them and I want to thank them for help in time and patience

I don't know how to express this, but they were really friendly for friendly. Very clean. Like a doctor's office should be would recommend 2 others.

This was a complete waste of time and money. I see why our health care system is in a bad position today. I will never recommend or re-visit this place again. People really need to stand up to shut places down like this.

Terrific encounter, as usual! Mr. Cordell gave his full attention to my after surgery condition, answered all of my (and husband's) questions, provided advice, and wrote prescriptions as needed. All of my interactions with Mr. Cordell, before and/or after both surgeries have given me full confidence in his professional ability and his pleasant demeanor has always put me at ease.

HE LISTENED WITH RESPECT AND ADVISED ACCORDINGLY.

I was able to understand how my injury is and if it got worse, what procedure would come next.

My problem was explained, but left with no back pain relief. Was referred to other places, so I am in a wait and see mode right now.

The entire staff was friendly and I was able to get a cancellation appointment due to the debilitating pain I have. Christopher was great as always. Very attentive. He explained what is probably going on and ordered an MRI to verify.

Everyone was Kind, helpful, professional and helpful.

The NP Christopher is a likable, easy to talk to person. He knows what he is looking at on tests and explains what the dr will do well. However when it comes to covering all of the details that I should know and be told I come home feeling I have missed something and don't have enough information to go forward. At 2 weeks I wasn't told what to expect going forward and although I was given time to ask questions, I didn't really know what to ask. It wouldn't be too bad except I have found that trying to get follow up questions answered is almost impossible with this practice. Messaging isn't answered for weeks. MAYBE phone calls are relayed and somewhat answered. I don't have another visit for 3 months, but I know if I wanted or needed another visit it would be hard to get one. I feel like I'm on my own now. Luckily I am healing well and doing ok at this point. But a couple questions I forgot to ask will most likely go unanswered. I have another pain center but it seems to be forgotten.

I appreciated the hands on approach and willingness to listen carefully and answer questions.

It wasn't the best welcome. Their scales and bp monitor needs to be tested, recalibrated or replaced OR get someone who knows how to read them and record stats correctly. My chart now says I weight 129#. I don't. The scale said 120#. I saw it. My home scale reads in the 120 range. Check out person was great, provider was great. Other staff not so much. But this was my first time there.

Chris has always listened to my concerns and is able to provide options for treatment. I always walk away feeling confident about treatment

I really appreciate how the Dr looked at my scans and went over them with me. He showed me where my problems were and explained them to me. And he gave me recommendations on what could be done or not done. Very kind dr. He listens and gives you his attention. Not just typing and staring at a computer screen while you are trying to explain the problems your having. It's hard to find Dr's. nowadays that can actually pay attention to you,it's like they don't even care what your saying. They have too many patients and only like 10 mins to spend with you,and that 10 mins is not enough. I'm glad to have this Dr on my care team. Thank you Dr Cordell
