About Christopher S. Croom
About The Provider
Christopher Croom, MD is originally from Charleston, S.C. He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel. He attended The Medical University of S.C., where he obtained a Masters Degree in Anatomy and a Doctorate in Medicine.
Dr. Croom completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA. He did his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. Dr. Croom is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. His areas of interest are the prevention and treatment of premature labor, autoimmune diseases in pregnancy, diseases of addiction in pregnancy and resident education.
Dr. Croom is currently on faculty at Wright State University and serves as Medical Director of the Center for Women's Health at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) and is the Medical Director of The Center for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Ultrasound and Genetics at Miami Valley Hospital.
Dr. Croom and his wife have five children and reside in Oakwood, OH. His outside interests include running, cycling, rock and roll, the Atlanta Braves and OSU football.

The receptionist is always friendly, and my ultrasound tech for this last visit was friendly and answered my questions she helped me follow along with what she was looking at. It's always a peace of mind when someone actually cares. thank you.

I did not see Christopher S Croom, I saw a blonde lady and she was so nice, professional and friendly. She is actually the reason I am even doing the review. I can't remember her name, but she was awesome ;)

We loved that our ultrasound technician was not hurried, entertained our delight, and didn't mind that one of our other kids was with us.

It would be helpful for the doctor to include my results in my chart for me to read, not just my midwife and it would be helpful to actually see the doctor at the appt instead of just the tech. because I'd bet anything that we are paying for the doctor's services, but we don't even see or hear from them, which is odd in my opinion. I'm the paying customer. I should get the results.
