Every one at this facility is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Cindy Pogue and her staff really care about their patients. They create an environment that puts you at ease from the moment you step into the office. Best Dr office I've encountered since moving to this area two years ago.

I was not told I could get blood work done in the building so now I have to go back or find somewhere else to get it done.

Nice Staff

Cindy Pogue is my first primary care provider I ever had that is proactive with my many health issues. She listens well and I never feel rushed during an appointment as she spends as long as needed to address my concerns. The assistants and other staff at Hyatt Family care are all polite,professional, and prompt to answer any inquiries I may initiate through phone calls or MyChart. So glad I chose this practice when moving to the area.

Cindy is absolutely wonderful and has great bedside manner. She is kind, compassionate and has a way of making you feel at ease.

I'm every happy with the service I received at the Doctor's office.

The worst part of the visit was the younger receptionist when I checked in. She was defensive and a bit rude about my insurance. I didn't care for the attitude.

Rather than addressing my concerns and discussing options of treatment with me, provider seems to have their own agenda. At my age, I appreciate being a part of the process of my care, rather than feeling judged or being told.

Cindy took the time to understand my medical history and condition

A very enjoyable experience and that's saying something considering I was at a doctors office. Everyone was super nice and the doctor was very thorough. This was a first time visit for me so I was a little hesitant but everyone was so nice that it didn't feel that way at all. I wish I would have found this doctors office a long time ago.

I had to switch to a new PCP due to insurance and I really liked my last provider, but Cindy is great and I already know that I made a great choice in selecting her. She is very friendly, down to earth, thorough, and professional.

Cindy was a wonderful NP and would definitely recommend her to a friend So knowledgeable.

The MA was a little rude and administered my IM injection too forcefully and quickly the medication ran down my thigh and I have a HUGE bruise from her forcefully inserting the needle (pinching the tissue around my injection site would've been nice I asked her to do so.) but overall I received great care from Cindy.

Ms. Pogue was very nice, did not appear in a rush or pushy about what she recommend.
