Cole Shepherd, PT, is a Physical Therapist based in Centerville, OH. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toledo in 2025, after completing his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bowling Green State University in 2023.

Cole specializes in sports, orthopedic, and general outpatient physical therapy, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions. His clinical experience includes treating patients recovering from post‑operative knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle procedures, as well as those experiencing sprains and strains, fractures, sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, ligament or muscle injuries, joint and back pain, gait dysfunction, balance deficits, and generalized weakness.

His treatment approach incorporates evidence‑based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural training, gait and balance training, isokinetic testing and training, blood flow restriction therapy, and instrument‑assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Cole is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they love with improved function, confidence, and long‑term resilience.

Cole’s passion for physical therapy began after a back injury took him away from golf for several years. During his recovery, he discovered a deep appreciation for exercise and fitness, ultimately inspiring him to pursue a career in patient care and rehabilitation.

Outside the clinic, Cole enjoys lifting weights, watching the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds, and has returned to golfing several times a week.
