I was very happy

The provider was very professional and did a through examination.

It was a quick appointment with quick explanations, so quick I didn't even think to ask for an explanation on the possibility of what the surgery is like. I left thinking that I don't have a lot of treatment possibilities until I undergo a ct scan. My drops are no longer working and I fear shots won't make a difference either. Plus, I refuse to pay a co-pay every time to have a weekly shot. It would be a game changer if the allergy shots could be taken at home, something for you to consider. Also, I visited one of my other doctors a couple days later who prescribed me a medication and nasal cleanse spray to empty out my sinus cavities which the allergist said looked pretty full. I'm trying to understand why that wasn't prescribed for me at my visit. Have to say the staff was very nice & professional.

I thought he was professional and made me feel comfortable. I am happy with my first visit with him.

I presented with hearing loss in my left ear. Danny was able to remove ear wax that was pressing on my ear drum preventing me from hearing. After the wax was removed I said "It's a miracle I can hear again!" This practice has always treated me with respect and good care. Thank you

I saw Danny Biddinger (nurse practitioner). He was great. Very friendly and very down to earth and very thorough.

Daniel Biddinger did a fantastic job of restoring my hearing to normal. He removed wax that had coated my eardrum. It was very difficult to remove, but Daniel did a fantastic job of removing it.

The website requested I fill out an extensive pre-check in form online including uploaded images of the back and front of my insurance card. However, when I arrived, the receptionist still demanded I submit my card and fill out this information on a form in person saying she needed it on a hard copy. Why, then, did I bother filling out anything online? I keep encountering this issue at various doctors' offices. Pick one and stop wasting my time.

When I went to schedule I hate to wait several months to get an appointment. The office has some cancelations on the day of my appointment and called to let me know that I could come in earlier than my appointment time. I was very happy with my appointment.

The staff at Premier ENT are so welcoming and go above and beyond expectations. My son lives in a group home so I need written information on every visit. I got it immediately with no issues of any kind. I am so impressed at the level of care my son is receiving and the way in which he's receiving it.

It was a great experience and I was treated with the utmost respect. I have hearing loss so they spoke clearly so I could better hear them. They made eye contact which is very important to me. Plus I get some of my understanding of what is being said by watching peoples eyes and their mouths as they speak to me. Location was easy to find and parking was so easy! I have a followup in 4 months. My concerns were addressed and they are addressing another issue that was discovered after the hearing test. I knew I was having problems but didn't know why. This is being handled. I am very grateful for their care!!

The provider I saw is without one of the best I have seen in a while. He was professional, listened to my concerns, kind explaining that what he was doing may be uncomfortable to let him know, also telling me that my ear problem would need continual treatment every six mo. He was so nice, friendly but as I said great bed side manner.

I came to Premier ENT in search of a second opinion after feeling "brushed off" by another ENT office. Dr. Daniel took his time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in his exam. He used in-office imaging and offered answers to why I have been experiencing this reoccurring issue. I am very pleased with Dr. Daniel!

Great Office

The provider listened well to my problem. He did a scope up My nose and explained what he found. He made some good recommendations and I felt like he is going to help me improve my situation. He had various thoughts of a treatment plan, started me on a perscription nasal spray and Claritin and referred me to the doctor for further evaluation. I really felt heard and started the nasal spray and Claritin which seems to be helping. I left feeling Hopeful
