Dr. Heidrich went above and beyond, he researched my problem and sent me a message on MyChart within an hour telling me what he had found and detailed the plan we should follow. I was impressed by how quickly he got back to me and extremely grateful because it helped put my mind at ease.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was out of order, so the team set up an office downstairs for patients unable to negotiate the steps. Dr. Heidrich was very kind and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. An outstanding practice!!

So far I have been very happy with my new provider and the staff.

The staff and provider have been one of the best I have ever encountered . Their conduct, professionalism has made every interaction easy and comfortable. The provider is patient, taking his time to answer my questions and helping me to understand the reasoning behind his diagnosis and treatment. This has increased my confidence in his ability to provide care for me (and my family if/when needed) . It is a necessity , when seeking care, to put some amount of trust in a provider , to give weight to their opinions, direction and experience- all before it is dually earned. Frustratingly, in the past, that trust has been wasted on providers who didn't have the respect or concern for me as their patient to reflect any of that trust back on me. Dismissing my concerns without explanation, giving no weight to the descriptions of my symptoms or the answers to the questions they ask of me. How demeaning it has been to share, with venerability and complete openness, only to find the provider doesn't believe me and is either unwilling to look further into it or past basic labs that show "normal range" . To dismiss me with "every thing is normal" even though the symptoms I am experiencing are anything but normal. To painstakingly explain my journey , the changes end effort, to live a healthy life style- only for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with me and my problem is my lifestyle. Then, as if the early conversation never happened, instruct me to do the very things I'm already doing. This provider has not just listened to me, but he has heard me. He meets me half way, matching my openness, efforts and determination with willingness to discuss concerns, patience in explaining results , candidness in sharing his thoughts and experience, and being open to pursue other directions when needed/justified. I know there is no grantee that the answer to "why" will be found (for the sake of my children and family members who face the same issues, I hope and pray we do). How easy life would be if diagnosing health conditions were always as easy as 1 +1=2. I do , however, have a growing confidence that this provider will be able to , in the least, help me find the answer to "how" . How to best preserve my health, and how to best treat symptoms, even if all means of finding the cause are exhausted.
