I'm very happy with my new PCP, Dr. Cha. He is a good listener and explains things well, and has great bedside manner.

Dr. Cha took some time to explain blood pressure testing at home, pros and cons. He also recommended an orthopedic surgeon again for my back before I would go out of city for help.

My husband, also a patient of Dr. Cha, and I feel he is an excellent primary care/ internist.

The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant both checking in and out. The nurse handling the beginning of the consult was both cheerful and knowledgeable, discussing the reasons for my visit and expressing understanding and encouragement. Dr Cha was knowledgeable and helpful concerning my conditions and questions, suggesting immediate treatments and possible future alternatives. His manner was open and attentive and he listened and questioned cogently. A good visit and welcoming attitude all around.

I liked that he recorded our conversation on his phone (to add to my computer page later), so we were having a conversation without his having to look/record onto the computer all the time.

the need to provide updated insurance card on EVERY visit is excessive. insurance no longer mails these cards and the office won't accept digital means of verification.

This was my first visit with Dr Cha after my former Doctor retired. Dr Cha was very responsive to my questions and he also asked many questions about my health which lead to trying some new maintenance treatments. I recently moved and now have a longer distance to reach the office. I was considering finding a new doctor closer to my new house, but after meeting with Dr Cha I was impressed enough that I will continue with him and make the trip.

I had a great office visit with the staff and Dr Cha. I highly recommend Belmont Family Physicians and Dr David Cha.
