I got an appointment within an hour.

I was able to see a doctor same day I called bc earache & sore throat, had for a few days. My PCP was not available (I expected that). I was scheduled w Dr Chapman, for same day appt. She was so kind, caring and concerned for my wellbeing.

Dr. Chapman was excellent. She listened carefully to what I was saying. She ordered imaging for me. I'm completely happy with how my appointment went with her.

My biggest gripe as I've written before is the condition of the building and chairs in waiting area. Looked like you moved old furniture into this building. Tile missing at walk in door. It's ridiculous that this building always looks like premier has no money, and yet you are adding more and more facilities.

Dr Chapman does more than just look at me as a disease or a problem to be solved. She looks at me as a whole person. Listens.Empathizes. Studies the problem as it relates to my current and past medical history. She communicates!! Whether it is in person, by phone, or MyChart, it is prompt and personal.
