Dorian was very polite and listened to me. He answered all of my questions. I scheduled another appointment with him in six months.

Dr. Crouse and his staff were professional and very friendly. I felt that they were interested in my health issues answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with the service that was provided to me.

Dorian is a compassionate, thorough and thoughtful provider. He doesn't rush, covers all of the pieces of my care and always has options to support my needs. I'm so thankful to have him as my practitioner.

If you don't call really close to 7:00 AM you won't be able to get in. So I believe there probably is a need for more doctors to be added to the Englewood Family Practice. I have heard it is hard to find doctors that want to work as Family/General Practice doctors but I hope they add one more doctor to the practice.

This is always a positive experience. My PA is knowledgeable and shares his expertise. He listens to me, explains and comes up with a solution. I feel very comfortable with him and value him as my PA. I hope he continues to work at this facility for many years.

This was a last minute appointment that needed to be addressed to avoid an ED visit. I am grateful they were willing to create an open time slot. I still may end up in ED but at least we are trying to avoid.

The primary receptionist that sits closest to the door is less than cordial and was seriously unhelpful on a prior visit. I just had no means of filing a complaint about her lack of helpfulness and professionalism. The Nurse I had on this visit was pleasant and helpful. She seemed invested in her job.

This was my first experience with this Dr. I felt like he listened, took my health history seriously, and took my concerns seriously.

All of my concerns were taken care of during my visit. Dorian also helped me out thru my chart that helped me get thru my issues.

The lady at the front entrance of the hospital was very helpful when I realized I didn't know where the doctors office was.

Dorian listened to my issues and showed compassion. He explained issues to where I understood. He did not rush me through my appointment. He is awesome.
