Well served.

It was a good appointment and we got to the point so it went very quickly not even 20 minutes. Not sure that more time was needed I'm just a little curious as to how much each visit costs and if it only lasted 20 minutes and an appointment was booked for 40 or 45 minutes is there a savings? Just curious.

He does an excellent job of documenting all of the things that have been happening and is able to look at his notes throughout the session. He is also able to see what is happening with other providers involve through MyChart.

Dr Songer is a very good Dr. He asks good questions and responds appropriately.

With Dr. Songer, I don't feel luke a number like so many other health care providers. I feel like an individual person that he and his office care about. One of the few places left that keeps the "care" in healthcare. I am grateful for him and his staff.

Doctor recommended that I go back on the medication I had just weaned off of and then come back in 3-4 weeks. I left feeling confused about what the plan for treatment is going forward.

Dr Songer excellent physician. Understands depression and anxiety and provides excellent feedback regarding those conditions.

This provider is knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic. He focuses on his patient and is quick to understand what I am trying to say. He is positive and encouraging when new medications require patience. He works with the patient by often asking if the next step is agreeable with the patient, meaning that we work together on the next course of action. Bottom line, I trust and appreciate him.

Dr. Songer is not only an extremely competent doctor but also a wonderful listener and offers great feedback.

Dr.Songer is amazing. He can review all of my previous lab work ordered by my internal medicine physicians and go over all of my information from the neurologists at Mayo Clinic and elsewhere. He's up to date on everything I have and everything I need. He demonstrates excellent patient care service every time I go. He listens very intently, and he can recommend what I need to do, how I need to do it, and I always leave there feeling so much better. I would recommend Dr. Douglas Songer to anybody who needs a therapist, a psychiatrist, or any assistance whatsoever. He's the one.!!??

Dr. Songer is an exceptional provider. He has been instrumental in my road to recovery from substance use disorder. He is compassionate, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and communicates a vested interest in my well-being.

I have had a long time association with Dr. Songer and expect our meetings to continue. At the last meeting he made me aware of something that I had not been aware of relating to previous blood tests.

This was my first visit with Dr. Songer. After filling out a detailed questionnaire on line, Dr.Songer agreed to take me as a patient. His office staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Songer listened to all my worries and concerns. I agreed with his philosophy and recommendations on medications. I felt so relieved after my visit, he also gave me recommendations for psychologists.

In the extremely minimal time I meet with him, I always feel like he wants to shoo me out the door as fast as he can.

I appreciate Dr. Songer's professionalism and attention to details. In sessions he mentions several topics which were discussed previously, which shows he is listening and taking notes. He comes across as sincere in desiring to help and see that I am doing well and healthy. He understands the past couple of years have been extremely challenging for our family, and while I am sure he is busy, he does take time to listen. He also was accommodating in reaching a compromise after I missed too many appointments. I would recommend Dr. Songer to friends or family needing an excellent psychiatrist.
