Family friendly experienced facility

The receptionist that was checking in patients was very condescending and treated me and other patients in a rude and unprofessional manner. I asked for the supervisor after watching how she treated an elderly patient after me. The doctor is always great, but the staff issue needs to be addressed. No sick person should have to deal with that kind of attitude.

Dr Dickens is a good example of how a Provider should interact with their Patients with respect and good manners also the assistant that drew my blood is the Best person to have done that, no hurt doing her job ??

Very pleased with all aspects of this appointment. This has been a much more pleasant experience since the remodel of the facilities. The physician, Dr. Dickens, has been my primary physician for more than 20 years. He provides good, consistent medical care, and stays on top of all aspects of my well being. A plus rating.

I would like to say I don't think that the front reception area is private. I don't like the fact that I spent all that time going on my chart to fill out everything to be asked the same questions again at the window and when I address it with the reception about it. They get an attitude and call somebody else to the window. I think our information should be private and also filling out all the information is to save us time I've mentioned it several times when asked me any questions I don't like them talking loud about it, and I also remind them that I've already filled out on my chart. It's starting to get redundant to the point where I don't even wanna come there sometime in regards to trying to get in for appointment it's not as easy to get in other than that the position that I'm now seeing I haven't had any problems

Dr Dickens took my medication I have arthritis really bad, he took my muscle relaxer and had taken my cramp medicine the first appointment with him, I never want to see that so called doctor as long as I live
