Elizabeth Earehart, CNP

Elizabeth Earehart, CNP, has a special interest in primary care and is dedicated to bridging the gap between outpatient and inpatient care. She takes a multifaceted approach to patient care, empowering individuals through education and access to resources while collaborating closely with specialists to help prevent hospital readmissions and improve overall quality of life. Elizabeth is a member of the American Nurses Association.

A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Elizabeth brings more than 26 years of medical experience to her practice. She began her healthcare career as a military flight medic before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the medic-to-BSN transition program at Wright State University. She later completed her Master of Science degree as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys listening to podcasts, hiking, camping, and supporting local arts programs.
