The staff was very busy and running behind, my doctor came out to get me and took all my vitals like the nurse or medical assistant would have done so I didn't have to wait any longer. I felt appreciated as a patient and my needs were taken in consideration. It showed team work working together keeping the patient as a priority.

Dr. Swartzwelder is great. She listens to the patient. She shows concern for the patient. She orders testing or whatever she feels is needed to see what's going on. She is very reassuring and kind.So is her staff.

Dr Elizabeth and all the staff that we interacted with were wonderful. It's a nice feeling when you realize that the doctor really listened to what we had to say.

The physician assistent was also very thorough and professional.

The Best!

The doctor was very good in looking to provide preventative treatment and to try new medications that might help with urination issues and high blood pressure - new emerging conditions. I was also glad that she reasoned not to require blood tests since the results appeared consistent.

Everyone that was involved with my visit was awesome. I highly recommend the practice.

That was my first appt. with Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad. (My usual Dr. had no openings.) I liked her and would go back to her.

Most through physician I have been to in the 15 years I have been going to this office. I do have concerns about part time physicians and ability to get an appointment when I need with my physician.

I really enjoyed this provider. She was very nice and explained my health care. I am very glad that she is knowledgeable and I am glad that she is seeing patients at Belmont Physicians.

The employee who took me back to the exam room and checked my vitals never introduced himself and seemed half asleep during the data gathering. Though the doctor was very attentive to questions that I had and gave very thorough answers, I was surprised that she did such a minimal physical exam and didn't ask many questions for a "new patient visit" and annual physical.
