Elle was very thorough, personable, and very kind. She gave some great advice regarding my personal goals.

my only concerns are that the front desk or someone who answered the phone said that I would be able to do an annual wellness visit via medicare. But this was not the case. No one seemed to know why. They just said due to system issues. Elle said I had to be an established patient first which is correct. However, I am a new retiree so not eligible for a wellness visit for a full year. What we completed was the Welcome to Medicare Preventative Wellness. { no worries when I called my plan they did not know either why the annual wellness could not be completed. I found the info in the evidence of coverage}. This probably should have been explained to me when I called to ask for the annual wellness to avoid confusion. Also when I called my plan about the compunet tests that were ordered, they did not show that coverage is provided at any of the 31 locations on the list of labs I was given. I am going to try to resolve this today with my plan.

Elle Wilson is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. She takes the time to explain things in a way I understand and she genuinely listens to what I have to say.

She explained everything thoroughly. She includes me in my treatment plan and gives me choices that will work for me. She is excellent with follow up whether it's letting me know my test results or doing regular medication checks. I would recommend Elle as a provider.

I was supposed to be scheduled for a medicare wellness appointment and found out it was scheduled as a 2 month follow up for my back issues.

Elle Wilson is without doubt very caring and considerate for her patients. She makes it clear and explains the care she provides.

I feel comfortable working with Elle. She was my PCP with my previous provider's office and I followed her to her current location. She doesn't just treat symptoms, she provides education on how to better manage and avoid health issues. All PCPs should do this, but many don't. The new location is excellent for me as well.

Very out standing care

Everyone was very friendly, but definitely professional! Elle was very to the point when going over the blood test and the things I need to change. Also, she straighten me out as far as exercise versus physical therapy.
