Elyse was very nice and sympathetic to my plight, if you will. She listened to me and made some suggestions and explained what the bumps were. I'm, unfortunately, still having the issue of the urine running every time I try to pat gently, it's taking over 10 minutes to urinate. Very frustrating and still leaking on sneezing and coughing. It's no ones fault but the men in charge of the Medicare cuts.

I didn't know that I wasn't going to see the doctor. This was not communicated to me. I had this appointment for 7 months. I felt this was unprofessional.

Unfortunately this office will not schedule upcoming appointments and you have to wait until they call you.

Dr. Weber seems very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, she is also extremely patient and kind which I really appreciate since I have a tendency to get anxious around doctors.

Elyse is very friendly and easy to talk to.

Could of done it on computer or phone. In and out in about 10 minutes or so. Just needed a refill kinda of a waste of gas for me. But every thing is well and medicine is working.

The appointment was great. Everyone was great. There is a desperate need of housekeeping at this facility. Equipment was dusty and dirt and dust on base cabinets and floors. With procedures being done at this facility infection was my big concern. Hope this helps clear up the problem.

My visit was a phone visit. Everything was great. The person who set up this visit at the office was great.

Personal yet professional on all levels

I called in Nov for an appointment ( I was having terrible pain in hip by the implant). I was told I could come in April . I said I needed something sooner , she worked me into Jan. This amount of time seems unreasonable to me.

Elyse Weber is an excellent provider. She is friendly, listens carefully, kind, very easy to talk to and concerned. She answered all of my questions and concerns patiently and showed conpassion. SHE'S THE BEST!!!

They had severe misinformation in my patient notes on my reason for me being there. I don't know if the wrong info was input upon the actual scheduling by the scheduling office, or upon when my provider nurse input the initial request for the scheduling office to contact me.

Providers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. My questions were answered and I was happy with the end result.

I understood the experience that I had was excellent.But what I would really like to know is what exactly does life stages evaluate?Are they like a regular doctor or just people?My age or what I have a regular doctor so I don't quite understand what life stages does.

Therapists looks at me directly and talks to me. She does not talk to my daughter about me.

All PA's have been helpful and know their job well. They are very kind and efficient and on time for appt.

The only reason I marked no on scheduling is that I don't have to go back for a year, and they don't schedule that far out. Elyse suggested I call in the spring, and I have it on my calendar. Elyse is a wonderful PA. She is kind and caring. She listens to her patient and provides easy to understand answers. She puts you at ease and she's very gentle in her examination.

Everyone was so nice and compassionate. Elyse was extremely empathetic to my age, and explaining everything she was going to do plus making me understand the medications that she was ordering and why I needed them.

Everyone was very helpful and kind, along with knowledgeable. I was put at ease by Elyse Weber and the staff. The procedure went well and I would definitely recommend Elyse to my friends and family.

The two tests that I needed were scheduled 3 months out. I finally went to my family doctor to get one of them sooner. That is my only problem with this practice.
