Emily Brown, the nurse practitioner was my caregiver for this visit. She was absolutely fantastic! She researched information (in the electronic medical record) that I had questions about from my prior history. Even though this took extra time, she found the answers to my concerns and I never felt rushed. Her exam was thorough and she explained all of the findings in detail for me. I'm so thankful for the care Emily and the entire staff provided for me during this visit.

Overall, they have a very good service.

The staff was friendly. Check in was easy and seen the doctor in a timely manner.

I would prefer to see the doctor vs a physician assistant. I asked the front desk if I could schedule with the doctor, but they said the paper said to schedule me with the PA.

Telehealth appt. Unfortunately, the connection dropped multiple times. Ultimately was able to get connected to discuss results and future plan of care. PA was excellent at reviewing test results.

There needs to be better information to smokers preop about healing. Perhaps some pictures. Explain how it may affect post op procedures. Maybe offer meds to slow or stop smoking. Just saying "stop smoking" probably won't work.
