Dr. Gibson was so easy to talk to. She was personable and I felt like she really listened to what I was saying. I had a lot of anxiety about switching doctors and that anxiety disappeared during our visit.

If she isn't sure on what she said, she looks it up to verify her response. She doesn't talk down to you like most other doctors do.

Accessing MyChart is very difficult. I asked Dr. Gibson to give us a call with lab results. That did't happen. I was unable to log into MyChart tom see the lab results. In am not happy with MyChart.

Terrible visit . Dr was sick. No courtesy was given to patients to reschedule. Office was dirty. Nurse was rude
