Dr Poldemann is the best

Scheduling appointments within a reasonable time is a problem but otherwise a great practice.

As with every visit Dr. Poldemann has an apparent concern for well being and balancing side effects. Not just looking what the screen says .

Everyone was very polite and professional.

First visit and feel we are in good hands with Dr.Poldemann. Good listener and answered our questions and showed great interest in reviewing health issues. We were not rushed in and rushed out. Looking forward to future with his help on health issues.

This was a wonderful experience starting with the receptionist who was very engaged and welcoming. The doctor was professional, thorough and detailed; he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The receptionist at Compunet was also welcoming. The person who drew blood professional. The facility was also very nice. Excellent customer service!

The office personnel were extremely courteous. The nurse was extremely courteous and explained everything. The doctor was very thorough and took time to answer any questions. he explained everything and discussed the reason as to why tests were going to be performed.

Receptionist was very helpful, engaging and pleasant exceeding my expectations. Not simply a task but engaging in a meaningful way. Provider was additionally engaging. Listening intently and providing his thoughts while encouraging my participation so he could assess my reasons for the visit. Clearly discussed his thoughts and plan to meet my situational needs.

Had to have my personal doctor get me scheduled otherwise it was going to be a month before I could get in and be seen. the cardiologist was great. very personable, listened and explained everything.

The parking at the Salem Avenue is excellent. As opposed to the parking at MVHN and downtown is horrific.

Dr Poldemann is knowledgeable and caring. I did not feel rushed. He listened to all my concerns and explained test results. He answered my questions in great detail. He provided recommendations for me to take care of my overall health, not just my heart.

The staff were courteous and professional, and the procedures were very efficient. I was also pleased that needed referrals were made and appointments set up before I left the office. (They even gave me some tips about parking availability at those other sites!)
