About Erin A. Yontz
About The Provider
Erin Yontz, CNP, received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Asbury University in Wilmore, KY. Erin is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Erin specializes in women's health, with a particular focus on obstetrics and gynecology. She has a deep interest in supporting women who are trying to conceive or planning for pregnancy, including those with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Erin provides comprehensive care for PCOS, including treatment options to support fertility. Her services may include annual well-woman exams and gynecological consultations.
Erin has been practicing for 20 years caring for women in the area of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. The process of family building can be a difficult one, and she considers it a privilege to have been a part of this journey for many families. Erin looks forward to continuing to care for women in all phases of their health journey, whether it is before, during, or after the childbearing years.
Erin has found that Premier Health, and specifically Magnolia Women's Health, has an excellent team of clinicians, nurses, and ancillary personnel. Each person on the team fills an important role and is always willing to support whomever needs an extra hand at any time.
Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, fitness, and cooking. She is married with two daughters.
