Ms. Dorn was very attentive and helpful. In trying to get an appointment thru scheduling for my biopsy however was dismal. More than a month for a biopsy for highly suspicious tumor is very disappointing. Maybe I should go to Columbus or Cincy.

Erin Dorn was very kind, explained everything thoroughly and she was a delight. I came in super nervous about my blood pressure and she was great! Talked me through what to watch for, asked questions, listened to my heart, increased my meds, and set a follow up for 30 days. She's a wonderful addition to the Surecare team.

Great experience

Very friend and professional. Very happy with my new provider (since my previous PCP retired).

I went to the ER the night before due to high blood pressure and they made it adamant and clear that I needed to try to get in with my PHCP sooner than my scheduled appointment on Tuesday. I called and a receptionist named Kim answered and was immediately rude with her tone. I explained my situation and asked if there was any available appointments with my doctor and she very rudely brushed off everything I said and told me that provider was not in on Friday's and the phone called felt rushed and ended quickly. I then had to call back to talk to someone else who would listen and take me seriously. I am a mother and cannot risk a stroke and I just hope this receptionist is not deriving people from coming in for important medical care because of her rude and dismissive attitude. Everyone else was very kinda and respectful!
