I have been seeing Dr. Frank Vonmaluski since the late 80s or early 90s . He's always treats me well and asks if I have any questions. He gives me answers I understand.

Dr Von Maluski quickly analyzed my I'llness and quickly reduced any nervous ness I had about what was going on with me. He quickly told me was about my illness to me and what I needed to take to get back to normal. He quickly wrote out a prescription for me and also one for my wife.

Dr Von Maluski has been a wonderful and trusted doctor for 30 years.

Office runs on time. I was seen 10 minutes before My appointment time. I left home and was back home in one hour.

The past couple of times I came into the office, the front desk staff is never the same, maybe they are rotated around which is fine but I like to see someone I recognize, its what I personally prefer.

I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly manner at the front desk. I never have to wait very long and all the services provided our excellent.

The physician's assistant needs to have more training. I was there for a complete physical. She checked, no gowns in the room. She didn't bother to get any. The Doctor had to get me one. Her reading of my blood pressure was totally wrong. The Doctor rechecked it & got the accurate reading. I had her measure my height. No shoes on, , but her measurement was an inch greater than a year or two ago. Doubt at my age I am growing instead of shrinking.

Dr Von worked me in for urgent problem fell in garage knee wrist sent me to hosp for xray have a fracture wrist, Caring compassionate DR was grateful he was able to get me in. 10 stars

I called about what appeared to be an infection from a dog bite. Office person advised to go to the ER. I did & was prescribed antibiotics... no improvement. Called office and they said go to Urgent Care, another antibiotic, no change. Sent message to My Chart & finally saw my doctor who diagnosed basal cell carcinoma. Wasted two months & took drugs that were not needed.

Always a good experience

Dr. von Maluski is an excellent provider. He's been in business long enough that he is able to remain human and kind in spite of the drastic changes in the Premier system, which I am disturbed by. I have had horrible hospital experiences with Premier and no longer trust the Premier hospitals because of the negligence and poor treatment - which appears to be because of staff shortages especially for qualified, competent and kind nurses. I also have many stories of disturbing glitches in communication between doctors and staff that seem to be proliferating because no one has time to interact in person. It appears that you're trying to run a health organization as if you were selling widgets rather than dealing relationally with people in very vulnerable situations needing care and compassion. It's disgusting that the Premier policies reach all the way down to how one is no longer even welcomed when arriving for an appointment - it's such an inconsiderate system to make people sign in at kiosks rather than have a brief conversation IN PERSON with a receptionist. Thank goodness many of your actual providers are still skilled and kind, but if you keep running the system this way, you're going to burn them out too. Please put the CARE back into your Health Care, in all of your systems of interaction with real human beings.

I didn't get the time to talk to the operating doctor in DC. Dr von Maluski was willing to sit down with my wife and I to address what we needed to know about the effects of the operation and how we needed to address any life changes. Very satisfied with his responses to our questions.
