I always have to wait more than 30 minutes to see the doctor once called back. I sit and wait quite a long time. This visit I waited 45 minutes.

Excellent personnel, excellent service.

I was surprised to read no collagen on paper when I got home. I am calling back Monday to see if taking Citracal is alright.It was on my list of meds because we did't discuss this option.

I have known Dr Ramanathan for many years because my mother was a patient. Although honest and informative he is a very caring man. Thank you.

I really liked the doctor and staff.

The visit was basically not satisfying. Unclear how a diagnosis could be made so quickly. Was referred to another Dr for a procedure, following a stress test a nurse called me at 48 hours following my message to say I needed a different procedure that would be performed by another Dr since the referring Dr was going to be out of town. I had questions the nurse said the scheduling dept would answer my questions. Nurse did call back at 4:54 to answer some questions I had asked, I returned the call at 4:57 and the robot said the office was closed!!! I realize this is a business to Premier, you are no longer a service provider but if you gave the patient half of the time you spend sending text messages and my chart messages to remind us of our appointments it would be nice. You are NOT THE Miami Valley I was taught to respect while growing up. But then that isnt important to you .

Dr. Ramanathan always takes time to really listen and is the most caring physician I know.

I wasn't seen by the provider for an hour after my scheduled appointment time.

My appointment was at 3:30 with arrival time at 3:15. It was 3:50 when I was called back to a room and the nurse said the doctor still had two people before me.

I have a good friend who stated her doctor wants her to go to a cardiologist. I told her I have the best! Dr. Ram always listens to us, asks us questions and answers all out concerns. His team is great!

Dr. Ramanathan is a caring and a well experienced cardiologist. He listened to all my concerns and explained how to improve my condition systematically. My sincere thanks to him.

Not sure why the nurses ask questions when the dr is going to come ask the same thing so I have to repeat myself. A female nurse was not present when I had to lift up my shirt for the male nurse to do an EKG. The Dr barely even looks at you he just types in his computer.

Really like Dr Ramanathan but he is consistently running late. I arrived at 9:45 for my 10:00 appointment, 15 minutes early as requested. Dr Ramanathan came in to see me at 11:25. I waited and hour and forty minutes to see him, an hour and twenty five minutes past my scheduled appointment time.

Very nice staff and facility.

Dr. Ramanathan listened to my questions and explained things very well to me. He is always familiar with my history and very thorough when covering how I am currently doing. I appreciate his care and knowledge.

The doctor and his staff are always so supportive. Their offices are clean and clutter free.

Dr Ram is a wonderful dr, I have confidence in him. Rather see him than an associate. A delay is sometimes necessary, but 40-50 minutes is too long since patients have things to do too.

The nurse was very efficient. Waited around as long as I could for the doctor. no one came back into the room.

Dr. Ramanathan is amazing, he takes the time to explain everything and always addresses all of my questions. His MA is also amazing, she is kind and always makes me feel at ease.

I ask questions. He answers but he is hard to understand. I would like more conversation so maybe I could learn to understand. He speaks into a recorder mostly while I'm there. He could interact more.

I had my first meeting with Dr Ganapathy Ramathan a week ago. He was very cordial, asked many questions, and listened to me. He explained how he operates in cases such as mine and explained thoroughly what he would do. His manner was very easy and I liked that he was very thorough. He talked to both me and my wife who was also present. While I'm not having any cardiovascular issues currently, he explained how he would like to handle my case due to my family history. All in all, it was a very reassuring experience. Thanks.

I had to wait 45 min after my appointment time to be called back and seen by my Dr. This is not acceptable. A patient's time is just as important/valuable as the Provider's. Don't book appointments so closely together if that's the issue.

Dr. Ramanathan explains things very well to me, he never seems rushed, and is always very pleasant. I hope he never retires.

The check-in person was very polite and patient. The medical assistants were very kind and professional. I had a very nice visit.

Intake person, nurse Doctor and check out personnel were all understanding and kind. I was a little nervous. When you have to see a cardiac Doctor you are not sure what is going to happen. They all made me feel relaxed.

I sat in the waiting area for an hour. A text earlier telling me that the doctor was running an hour behind schedule would have been considerate. The waiting area was freezing cold which added to the annoyance.
