dr. brown is a very nice man and always shakes your hand after each visit and i have never had any outher doctor do that.

The wait for the doctor was ridiculous he was almost 2 hours behind.. I had to miss other appointments

Dr. Brown explanation of some matters was very helpful and eased my worries and concerns. He is a very caring and patient doctor. .

Great Doctor and staff

Wanted me to arrive 15 minutes early, just to wait 25 minutes to get to a room. Then 1hour and45 minutes to see the doctor. There has to be a better way .

330 appt time saw md at 440. Too long of wait for an elderly person recovering from surgery. Left at 455 office staff had left so couldn't make next appointment or get discharge papers regarding medication changes and plan.

I did have to wait an hour after appointment time. I usually go about 10-11, but no transportation, and my appointment was for 2pm.

The office sent a letter to cancel and to reschedule my original appointment. Wait time was 1/2 hour in the office after appt time. Not complaining just giving you my experience.

Doctor gave me info about other options to obtain weight loss prescription. Something my Primary has never done.

Dr Brown was rude and unprofessional taking a personal phone call from his family during part way through visit.I would understand if it was another physician or emergent need of a patient but this was not. Long time patient of his practice but this very unprofessional and disrespectful. I just about walked out of room and left.

I waited an hour and a half past my appt time to see this doctor. He listened to me about what I was there for but contradicted what he said about it so many times that I left having no clue what to do about my issue. Once he saw my cholesterol was high that was all he focused on and was not even the reason for my visit.

Waiting too long

Doctor Gary BROWN is a great doctor and I have complete trust in him.

We and others had to wait a very long time past our appointment times to be seen - over 2 hours. My husband is not an easy wait and is to be on bed rest. I don't know if they are double or triple booking appointments or not but promptness does make a difference. He has been over 2 hours late the last two times we have been there.

Arrived for 1:00 pm appointment, had to wait an hour and half to see the doctor. They need to do a better job of scheduling. I know things happen, but why not notify the patient?

I must be scheduling the wrong times of appointment. I don't like to wait an hour before the doctor visits. I should not have to show up 15 minutes early, just to wait 45 minutes. If it is his lunchtime, then schedule around that. At least 3 or 4 people were brought back to the rooms, waiting as I.

Scheduling needs to be drastically improved. Always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to be seen.

The cardiologist is very attentive and is able to schedule tests the same day. His office is clean and the nurses were very pleasant. As a result of same day test the patient had to go to the ER for a life threatening issue.
