Only negative is we did wait an hour for our appointment. However, Dr Fishbein gave a lot of face time to us and always involves us in self determining ongoing plans. He is caring, honest and straightforward. On another note, he promptly and personally answered a My Chart follow up question.

We have waited over 40 plus minutes past our appointment to see a Doctor. It's disrespectful of our time to continuously wait.

Kudos to dr Gary Fishbein and his staff, world class service. He was clear about CTA scan results and new test ordered on my coratid artries. He gave me info in layman terms so easy to understand. I trust Dr Fishbein completely.

I also appreciate that he responds to questions in MyChart within a couple days.

Dr Fishbein is great, professional, and thorough. There was a significant delay in being seen, but Dr Fishbein apologized and explained his other 3 cases were difficult. I completely understand. I am glad Dr Fishbein took time with those cases, and appreciate his attention to detail. I may need it someday.

The physician is fine, the staff is fine...but this Practice needs help with scheduling patients. Waiting 1 hour in the exam room after the aide has taken vitals...is too much time!!!
