In my opinion, it is not acceptable to not be able to schedule a follow up appointment because the office staff says the doctor doesn't have a schedule yet. Also, when you need a follow up appointment, it makes sense to continue to see the actual doctor and not a PA, especially one that you have never seen before. I would understand if it was for a new problem then you would see a PA first. Patients should continue to have the choice to see the actual doctor if they prefer, even when a doctor leaves the practice. The doctor told me to follow up with in 6 months and that I could see him if I wanted to. The office staff said the doctor does not know his schedule and that the doctor does not know he will not see patient for appointments. This is totally ridiculous that the doctor doesn't seem to have a say in treating/seeing their own patients.

Dr Samuel is wonderful. This was one of the best doctor appointments I have ever been to. The office was busy and behind but I did not feel rushed. Check out receptionist was friendly and gave great information.

I arrived for my appointment on time and when I was finally called back the dr. said I didnt think you were coming you are late why are you late. I replyed that I had been in his office since 310 and was never called back I was not late. I left my job early to be on time and to be left in the waiting room because I was forgotten is definetly unacceptable as my time with my students is needed just like everyone in this office.

He is the best doctor I've ever been to. Patient, explains everything carefully. He really cares and that's unusual these days. He's the only doctor that really eases my worries and I know he will help.
