I'm still waiting on my prescription. I run every March before my appointment and I tell them every time but nothing changes. The say I need to take it but won't refill it. They say I need to take it before I do blood work but won't refill it. If it's critical that I take it why isn't it refilled? I've called the pharmacy and they blame the doctor and or course, the doctor blames the pharmacy. I guess I don't need to waste time or money on it any longer because it's not important enough or I have it to take.

I like the quality of care I receive. If I need a specialist they always refer me to appropriate care. Doctor and staff are friendly and professional.

Geetha Ambalavanan is an excellent primary care physician. She listens to every issue with patience and offers the appropriate diagnosis and suggestions. I would suggest her.

Dr Geetha and her team are great. I am not a fan of the lobby check-in. There's no privacy and the procedure isn't clear.

Dr. Geetha has been my doctor. For over 20 yrs . She and her staff have been nothing but friendly,courteous, seen me and my wife at low and at my best . They are like family l hope all your care givers are of this caliber.

I liked the fact that Dr. Geetha took my health seriously and explained things to me instead of sending me off without explanation.

Dr. Ambalavanan is a very caring doctor and I trust her completely regarding my health care. She allows me to ask questions and takes the time to explain everything completely. I also want to say that I am very pleased that this location removed the kiosks, and returned to on-site people for the check-in process. Speaking with someone face to face takes less time and is much easier.

I expected more questions and interest in me from the provider..

Not happy that I have to be there 15 minutes before my appt. and it was more than 15 minutes after my scheduled time before the doctor came in.

The doctor did not listen, even though I communicated clearly about what I would need. She was very dismissive of me and what I was saying and talked down to me in a disrespectful way. I provided a solution to a medication problem and she disregarded it completely and said she didn't feel comfortable with my idea. She said she would not prescribe me that medication unless I went to a specialist.

I spent more time going over how i was going to pay for it, (although i have medicare and a secondary insurance) than i did talking about my health with the doctor. i don't think MY priorities are the same as Premier Health

The appointment was great

I love Dr. Geetha and her staff. They are professional yet friendly. Always taking an interest in my personal life and also allowing me time to ask any questions I have , explains test results to me that I don't understand. The important thing to me is that I trust her with my health. I have never felt like part of a herd of cattle either g pushed through. She takes time and that is a rare thing now days.

Each visit, she has asked me if I've had a sleep study- when she ordered one for me in 2023 and I've been on CPAP therapy for 2 years. It feels very impersonal. I've given her the benefit of doubt for the last few checkups, but now I'm realizing I'm just a number to her. I'm looking elsewhere for care!

Dr. Geetha was wonderful. I have been with 3 different doctors since the past couple of years. Please stay!
