As far as healthcare experience go, this was a great experience. Everyone was very personable and my doctor was very professional, but also extremely personable and caring making sure I understood everything regarding my care. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends that need his expertise.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the medical interpreter who recently assisted us. Unfortunately, there were some communication difficulties, and I felt that I was unable to fully convey my intentions to the doctor. Clear communication is very important, so I found this situation quite disappointing. For future appointments, I would appreciate it if a different interpreter could be assigned. I prefer not to mention the individual's name, but I hope another interpreter can be arranged. If possible, a female interpreter who speaks Japanese would make communication smoother for me. I would also like to note that we recently had the same interpreter at Dayton Children's Hospital, and it similarly affected the quality of my daughter's care. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future visits will be more comfortable and effective.

I liked Dr Glen, he explained my tremor issues & looked over My Chart to see previous health issues.

This provider, Dr. Nagasawa is the BEST I've ever had. He took his time to explain in the simplest manner, and made sure I understood his explanations. He asked every question about my seizures regardless of its simplicity. The long Time spent was worth every second. I've learned quite a bit, know what to look for and what to do.

The provider and NP training were both extremely attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable.

The day I had my appointment, I got to the hospital and with it only being my second time there. I got lost. So it caused me to be late. When I finally got to the office, I was already late it was 8:10 am. I waited in line because both windows had others being taken care of. By the time I got to the window it was 8:22 am. Then, the reception staff said I've been here before, I tried to explain. Then, I was told I had to wait and see if the 9 am would show up if not I had to reschedule. So, I waited, but I didn't think it was right to do that. I was seen. But it kinda felt rushed and not as good as it could have been expected.

Both my spouse and I were very satisfied with this visit.

Dr. Nagasawa: (and in office staff) address my 'immediate' prescription issues. Their offices' - inability to directly make a follow-up appointment, having to go through (central scheduling) is a frustrating step - and a bad hospital policy. MyChart - is a good (software) program and helps efficiency. The 'Hospital' should Review the Central Booking practice. It is 'NOT' a desirable step for your patients and consumers. Thank you. This provider was the best! He was kind, courteous very thorough explained everything to where I could understand and listened to my concerns also scheduled a follow-up and more test.

Dr Glen is awesome but it is very hard to get in for an appt. Already booked 6 months out and it took 8 months to get a new patient appt

Dr. Nagasawa is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to everything I have to say and speaks in plain English so that I can understand. Other doctors of mine know him by reputation. When different doctors of mine asked who my Neurologist is they immediately light up and the all say the same thing "Ooooh, he's good!" and they're right.

The Doctor was great and explained in detail. I had a problem scheduling an appt for six months out and they told me if I didn't hear from them to call them in March. I might forget by the that I am supposed to call them. Don't understand why they couldn't schedule me in the first place as this Doctor is hard to get into anyway.

Traveling to MVH Main Campus for Outpatient neurology is inconvenient. Receptionists are typically inattentive and treat you like you are an inconvenience rather than a customer. However, once the appointment with Dr. Nagasawa begins, all the aggravation dissipates Dr. Nagasawa is kind, a great listener and he takes the time necessary to understand any changes in your condition. I only wish that the front office acted more professionally and led with kindness!

Dr. Glen is the best I've ever had. He not only attends to my immediate needs, but answers any questions I have about my health. He never leaves me with questions, very thorough.

The girl checking us in was not friendly at all! No greeting, even after I ( wife of patient) said good morning to her. No smile at all. After Dr Nagasawa saw my husband (he was great) the lady that checked us out, was friendly and very helpful.

I contacted VA to order the blood samples and the MRI there at the VA, but I haven't heard back yet. I have so many upcoming appointments there that it would be simplest to schedule as much as possible there.

Provider takes time with his patients and makes sure they fully understand the plan. He never makes the patient feel rushed.

While I love my doctor the appointment started more than 45 minutes late and all Of the stuff necessary for the procedure was not prepared which caused additional delays

Dr. Nagasawa is the rare blend of profesional and an outgoing truly warm person. He listens and asks questions in order to beter understand what the issues are. His staff, all his staff, are all a credit to the office.

Well, I feel that the doctor listened to me yesterday and went over my test results and made me feel a little better about getting some new medicines and seeing another doctor and having a test. So I hope this helps me.
