Gormah Sarah Ballah-Hilson, CNM

Gormah Ballah-Hilson, CNM, earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. She is board certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board.

Ballah-Hilson specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, with a focus on low-risk pregnancies, prenatal care, well-woman exams, physiologic birth, and the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, bacterial infections, and yeast infections. She is committed to partnering with her patients through a whole-person approach to care, emphasizing trust, education, and shared decision-making.

Inspired by a desire to address disparities in maternal health, Ballah-Hilson chose a career in midwifery to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care to all birthing individuals. She values building strong relationships with patients and families and feels honored to support them during some of life's most meaningful moments.

Ballah-Hilson is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and attends births at Miami Valley Hospital. Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys singing, dancing, gardening, cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
