Heather is very good in engaging with me, the patient. She is good at listening and offering her good advice, which has been very helpful.

I would like to mention that when I'm sick and need an appointment quickly, it's often difficult to schedule one. Same if I have to reschedule an appointment. Heather has helped me with refills and ordering tests and then prescribing meds based on the test results through messaging. Most often when I'm sick I'll go to the little clinic or do telemedicine.

Heather always takes good care of me. She addresses all my concerns and takes the time necessary to review them.

I really appreciate when I call in between regular appointments,that I can come in that day.

I always have a great experience when I see Heather. She has always treated me like a real person not just a patient.

The you premier chart team are rude and disrespectful. Your app doesn't let you schedule an appointment as soon as possible for check ups. I needed blood pressure medicine refilled and because they had not seen me in a certain amount time they refused to refill it but a check up wasn't available for over a month according to your app. So in order to get in I had to say I had a new problem. It seems all you care about is quotas and being able bill insurance. I don't feel like I am important as a person just as a stat for making money. The provider came in wearing a mask making me feel like I have some type of a highly contagious infection or disease.
