Eas surprised that I didn't have to draw an analog clock or remember a series of numbers or items to repeat back during the exam this year. Must be an update to the mental acuity test.

Whether the results of my tests are good or bad, whether the news I get and the next steps I have to take are exciting news or not, Heather always reassures me that we have options and then allows me to decide what option I feel most comfortable doing. She also inputs what option she feels would be best and why. I always feel like the correct and best decision has been made for what I need to do for my health. I can never state enough good things about Heather and the staff there. I very seldom give a 10 in responses anywhere when doing a survey. There is always room for improvement. As far as the appointments, I always make the next years appointment before I leave the office from the current appointment. I have not met the Doctor yet. Heather does a fine job!

As always everyone who processed me through my scheduled visit did an excellent job. The whole group are all friendly and professional. There is no feeling of dread and dragging my feet when the day of my appointment has arrived. Your entire practice is clean, bright place. Easy to navigate now if I just didn't have to stop at the scales, only joking.
