The front desk staff are very accommodating and courteous. The facility is clean and well organized. The doctors and nurses demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise in performing their respective responsibilities.

The nurse was so sweet and kind and made me comfortable. Everyone was great as always

I made my appointment the prior week for one issue. Then a couple days before I ended up sick w a cold or something. The np was very accommodating w seeing me for both. Also she was excellent at making a several step plan that if what she ordered didn't work, that we would have a plan for next steps and I really greatly appreciate that. I feel that Heather is very caring and has fantastic bed side manners. She takes me thoughts into consideration and always listens. I really appreciate her.

There was one issue that the doctor did not address

First I was told to take a covid test before I even came in luckily I had one they were hoping it would be a covid flu test which we didn't have then we I get there they give me a flu test but tell me that I will need to go buy some and take another one in a few days. Why would I need to go buy some OTC tests. It wasn't very helpful all I got was "flu like" symptoms. Ok. Well thanks but I was not aware I needed to test myself before I come to the Dr for treatment and diagnosis. I could have saved myself the money and just bought the OTC flu test.

I love this office. The staff and my provider, Heather Brahm, was thorough and wonderful as always. The staff was kind enough to squeeze me in for a flu shot the next day because I forgot to get mine at my appointment. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and I'm very grateful. My phlebotomist was also excellent. I didn't even feel the blood draw and had no discomfort. She was so kind and wonderful at her job. Everyone I encountered there was just great and I'm so thankful I found this practice.

I don't have issues with my visit, I told her everything and she explained everything to me. All in all it was a great visit.

I'm very pleased with Heather & her 'crew'.

Always pleased with Heather Brahm

I'm still sick with a cough after 4 weeks. All she thinks is that it could be allergies. I want an xray of my lungs and to be referred to a pulmonologist and or an allergist/asthma doctor. If she can't do that then I will do it on my own. This coughing is terrible. The prednisone didn't help, the flonase isn't helping nor the Zyrtech.

Wonderful staff, easy to work with.

I was disappointed to notice that the receptionist had a major cold at the time of check-in, and should not have been working, or exposing others to her cold. Other than this situation, I was thoroughly pleased with my visit.
