I am grateful for Dr. Heidi Buckingham and the staff at Bull Family Diabetes. In addition to helping me manage my diabetes, Dr. Buckingham also makes sure I get my kidney function tests completed. Problems are caught early while the're still treatable.

Dr. Buckingham and Staff are great. I never have to wait past appointment times. I have recommended her to a number of friends.

Very efficient office. Checked in as soon as I walked through the door. Spent only a couple of minutes in the waiting room. Doctor was in the exam room as soon as the nurse was done with me. I usually spend 15-30 minutes sitting around for most appointments. My appointments at Bull Family are a refreshing change.

Dr. Buckingham is one of the BEST! She keeps me on track and attends to every request and need.

Felt a little rushed, but not bad. But there should be a hook or a table or something in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put your purse, coat, I had a cane. I had to put towels down in the sink to be able to set them in there and then had to put towels down on the trashcan to be able to wash my hands. Very cumbersome. But otherwise I like the office.

I have never enjoyed going to the doctor as much as I enjoy my appointments with Dr. Buckingham. I believe with her guidance I have finally been able to get my diabetes under control.

My experience was good. What was NOT GOOD is the fact I get inundated with requests to do these surveys. I have found that if one answers one of them, that person gets asked again and again to do these surveys. THIS IS THE LAST SURVEY I WILL RESPOND TO AS I HAVE DONE AT LEAST 5 FOR VARIOUS PREMIER ORGANIZATIONS. i HAVE BLOCKED SUCH EMAILS FROM GETTING TO MY INBOX EVER AGAIN!

Dr. Buckingham is the best endocrinologist I've had in the last 20+ years. She quickly interprets my pump/cgm data, calculates appropriate changes to my pump settings, and explains everything in a clear concise manner. I hope Dr. Buckingham chooses to serve this location for many years to come. She has my A1C and numbers in the best control.

I was able to arrive early and they took me back to be examined early! I barely waited a minute or two for my doctor to come into the exam room. We talked as long as I had questions. Very pleased.

I have seen this doctor for many years and she is always professional and caring.

I can honestly say that Dr. Buckingham cares about her patients and their well-being she is an excellent Doctor and knows what she's doing. I'm very Happy to have her as my Doctor I couldn't ask for a better one. She will get you all the way right!!!

The check out summary is missing information on A1C test result conducted during the visit. Other information such as blood pressure, weight, etc are on the summary check out package. Why is the A1C detail not printed on the summary information page? The staff and physician were welcoming with a great appreciation of each client''s health and support.

The doctors staff at bull family are professional, courteous, and kind on every single visit that I've ever had there for the last eight years. Dr. Buckingham is exceptionally good.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. The office was actually running a tad early. This is a well oiled machine.

I enjoy seeing the results of my upload from my Metronic pump and realizing if I need to make changes in my activity. The provider is quite interested in my progress and gives me recommended suggestions to improve.
