Too long wait for 1st appt. scheduling...

The wait time to see the provider is insane. My appointment was at 11am. I did the precheck online the day before, checked in at the desk at 11am, put in a room at 11:15am and wasn't seen until 11:55am. I had an appointment somewhere else at 12pm and should I have been seen in time i wouldn't have been late for my other one.

I love Dr. Reynolds. She listen to you, pay attention and then explain any information you need!

Dr. Reynolds is awesome! I feel very comfortable talking with her unlike some of the other doctors I know.

Dr. Reynolds takes time to listen to what you have to say and explains things in a way that you can understand. She is a very caring doctor and always makes her patients feel comfortable.

Quick word about My Care. I wasn't able to complete the questionnaire prior to my visit. It asked for a copy of my health insurance card, and I wasn't able to load that onto the qauestionnaire. Then I couldn't proceed after that to try to provide requested information.
