Dr Patel and the whole staff were excellent all the way through.

I absolutely loved Dr. Patel. She is one of my favorite Drs. She was very thorough and on leaving her office i felt like i got alot of good information. The whole team was amazing. The best.

Very nice and helpful

Physician that I saw need to have more professional care for the patients, meaning don't come into the examine room trying to peer pressure a patient to do something that they aren't ready or feel comfortable to do, without talking to children and family first.

Doctor Patel was very patient. When I didn't understand something, she was more than willing to put the extra effort in getting me to understand. I really enjoyed my visit with her.

the neuro dept was excellent

I felt like someone was finally listening to what has been going on with me.

Dr. Patel's exceptional knowledge is wrapped in her amazing compassion, thoughtfulness and thoroughness in her patient care strategy. Her office staff were also very pleasant.

Patel took the time to listen , evaluate, ask plenty of questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my issues. She understood my symptoms and explained about the treatments and how it could help in a way I could understand.

My experience was excellent and very helpful. The one thing that I can't figure out is how to contact the care provider that I saw through MyChart.

Felt very comfortable with provider though my situation is unsure/a bit worrisome. I feel like I'm going to get the care I need and I appreciate that. As for my comment on getting an appointment as soon as I needed, the schedule is not available as far out as when I need to make it...thus the "mostly" choice.
