First rate service

That was my last visit, I didn't need to make an appointment.

I am claustrophobic and was not able to finish the MRI. Don't understand why it has to be so close to your body. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Everyone there was very nice and professional and they all really helped my issue.

The dr explained everything and the other office called me back and scheduled fast

A phenomenal specialty office.

Previously to call after my procedure, I was told to call the office and request a follow up appointment so that I could have a surgery two weeks after my first surgery. The receptionist that answered seem flippant and not helpful. She passed me on to a voicemail and did not make sense - although later it was found it was to the correct person. I left that first contact with the office upset and confused. I ended finding a different phone number to get the appointment scheduled that I needed and when I needed it. I would have preferred that they scheduled the post-op appointment before I was discharged from the hospital and to give me that information as part of my discharge instructions.

The people that answer the telephone are rude and inconsistent! Otherwise, the other staff is top-notch! I would recommend them all.

My stitches were taken out but there was some staples also along my thigh close to the knee, which were over looked.I need to come back and have the staples removed. It requires a special tool .
